​Market garden agriculture in Freeville, NY

1/8th acre of lovingly produced vegetables on permanent raised beds using natural and low-till farming methods.
Specializing in nutrient-dense vegetables and herbs, as well as wildflower honey and shetland wool.

Wildflower Honey

We have just a few hives and love working with the bees. We originally sourced our bees from Johnston's Honeybee Farm who have been developing bee lines well-adapted for our climate, are mild mannered, and are more resilient to pest and disease problems.

We love our shetland sheep! They are great land managers and their manure is an important source of soil fertility. The fiber they produce is amazing and we wool use it to make beautiful things made of wool!
